A good understanding of atrify releases brings you real benefits: It ensures a better relationship with your retail customers, as new requirements are continuously taken into account, and in addition, your consumers also benefit from an increasing maturity level of your product information.

1. what are atrify releases?

atrify releases are new and released versions of our software solutions. They are published at a fixed point in time, i.e. imported into our systems (atrify publishing or atrify approval). Each release contains updates. These can be technical innovations with regard to usability and security, as well as innovations that affect the scope and content of your product information.

So that we can distinguish all releases right away, each release is assigned a unique release number (versioned). In addition, all updates are documented in our release notes, which you can view and subscribe to at any time.

2. what are the advantages of releases for me?

Our goal is that you as an atrify customer always provide your data recipients with the best product information, directly and in the simplest way. A very cooperative relationship with our retail partners* enables us to consider new and individual requirements of your retail customers* and to integrate uniformly defined standards into our software solutions at an early stage.

For you, this means that with our software we offer you the optimal tool with which you can provide your trading partners* with up-to-date, valid and complete product information at any time and in an uncomplicated manner.

3. how often and in what rhythm are releases carried out?

To make our releases more user-friendly, we have reduced the requirements to four releases per calendar year. Thus, we carry out a release in spring, summer, fall & winter - ergo once per quarter - to keep our software up to date with the latest technology and standards. To simplify matters, we have therefore also named our releases after the four seasons.

Critical bugs will of course be fixed immediately.

3 tips in dealing with atrify releases

  1. Subscribe to our Release Notes and participate regularly in our free Release Online Session . This will help you to define which changes are relevant for your products and with which information you will provide your trade customers* in the future.
  2. Make friends with the upcoming changes and test all innovations in advance in our test environment.
  3. Then change your data in the production environment, ideally before the actual release.
