The atrify team congratulates Sara La Tragna on her successful training

28 Sep 2020

Only recently Sara successfully completed her training as an office management assistant by passing her final examination at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Three years ago she started her apprenticeship at atrify. We are very pleased that we can now continue to employ Sara in a permanent position in the Sales Administration department after her training.
We congratulate Sara on completing her training. We took the opportunity to review her training together with Sara and asked her to describe her experiences of the last years in more detail.

Congratulations on passing your training, Sara! How would you describe the experiences you gained during your training with us?
Sara La Tragna (SL): I would describe the training at atrify as very extensive due to the fact that you went through almost every department. The technical departments, such as development, are not part of the training. You were able to take on a lot of different tasks due to the variety of assignments.
What did you like best about your training?
SL: What I liked best was the work at the reception and also my work in marketing. In both areas I was given my own tasks and was able to work independently. Our stay in Chicago was also an extraordinary experience. There you had the opportunity to get to know a different work mentality and at the same time work on your English skills. I will never forget that!
How was your education structured?
SL: It is a classic commercial apprenticeship. With this training you can create a great basis for your professional life, because you can get to know all departments. The doors are open to you because the training gives you a very broad base.
How did you like the vocational school?
SL: Unfortunately it wasn't always well organized. But the exchange with classmates was always positive. On average we had vocational school twice a week.
What did your final examination consist of?
SL: Because of the Corona crisis, I took my oral exam before the written exam. I decided to present my report. I wrote about my main focus on reception and HR. The report from the HR area was chosen by the examiners and received a very good mark. My topic was our monthly HR newsletter. This was followed by the written exam. Here the first part of the exam was related to customer processes and the second part was a business section.
Did you feel that you were always sufficiently supported by the company during your training?
SL: Yes, I must say I have nothing to complain about. I had a great instructor. I was always appreciated in the different departments. I could always turn to my trainer Corinna. A solution was then found for every problem.
Is there someone in the company who has given you special support?
SL: Firstly Corinna (trainer), but also our former colleague Nathalie. Both always had an open ear for me. In addition, my cousin Daniela, who encouraged me three years ago to apply for an apprenticeship at atrify.
