There are 130 of us, and we love working in Ehrenfeld (Cologne) where we have developed a cloud-based platform for product content. It supports more than 20,000 companies in over 50 countries. Company pension plan
Our own pension scheme developed with our partners, Deutsche Bank and Zurich. With this we are helping all employees to benefit fro an employee-funded and tax-privileged old-age pension.
A wide range of great sport activities that we’re always expanding. Currently we’re doing weekly football training, and the atrify team takes part in major sport events like B2Run and the Kölner Leselauf.
Healthy work environment
A sound working environment in which the health and satisfaction of our employees is paramount. In cooperation with ISAG GmbH and health insurer Techniker Krankenkasse, we are all focussed on workplace health and safety. With preventative treatment such as eye tests, back checks, anti-stress advice and more, we aim to offer the best possible health support.

Meal vouchers that all employees receive daily. The vouchers can be redeemed for our breakfast service as well as at several canteens in the area.
Additional leave on top of regulatory holidays; no need to take Carnival Monday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve from your annual entitlement. And so you can really celebrate Carnival, on Weiberfastnacht we only work in the morning. And then we have our own company Carnival celebration to which all atrify employees are warmly invited. So if you would prefer to take the whole day off, you only need to take a half-day’s leave.
Free language courses
Free language courses – atrify employees can take English courses during working hours. These courses are led by certified English teachers and are held for small groups once a week. Each course lasts six months. At the end all participants can take part in the TOEIC (Test of English in International Communication) and gain the internationally recognized certificate. Naturally we also offer German courses which also result in a certificate.
