Free language courses
Free language courses for atrify employees*, even during working hours
The courses are taught by certified English teachers and take place in small groups once a week. Each course lasts six months. At the end of the course participants can take the TOEIC (Test of English in International Communication) and obtain the internationally recognized certificate. In addition, we also offer participation in German courses.
Discounted job ticket

For the use of public transportation, atrify offers a discount on a Job Ticket Light.

Mobile Office abroad

We are flexible - also with regard to the place of work. We enable you to work for us from abroad for up to 3 months per year. For this purpose, we have brought Workmotion on board as a partner.

Urban Sports Club & Sport Events

All employees receive discounted access to Urban Sports Club. They benefit from a wide variety of different opportunities to work out in over 8000 locations.

In addition, a soccer training session is held weekly and atrify participates in various major sporting events, such as the B2Run or the Cologne Reading Run.

Additional holidays
Additional days of holiday, which come on top of the contractually agreed holiday entitlement: So Rosenmontag, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are days off for which no one has to submit a holiday application. In order to ring in the carnival season properly, work on Weiberfastnacht is only done in the mornings. Afterwards our internal carnival celebration takes place, to which all atrify employees* are cordially invited. If you prefer to take the whole day off, you only have to submit half a day's holiday.

What should be included in my application?

The short version: Everything that helps us to get to know you better. Definitely include a resume. Otherwise, you decide how you want to best present yourself and your interest in atrify and the position. Whether it's a classic cover letter, video, relevant references or samples of your work - we're interested in the things that help us understand your motivation for the job at atrify.

Concentrate on the essentials: Your elementary school report may be impressive, but we can do without it 😉 .

I don't meet all the criteria in the job advertisement. Can I still apply?

You know how it is with job advertisements: We put everything in there that we would ideally like to see. In principle, you should already have most of the required knowledge and experience. If this is not the case for one or the other point, we still look forward to receiving your application and to discussing with you how you can quickly learn a missing skill, for example.

The same applies to the topic of working hours. Our positions are usually advertised as full-time positions. However, we check on an individual basis whether and how the positions can also be implemented on a part-time basis. Together, we will find a working model that suits you and your role with us.

What do I wear to an interview with you?

The one you feel comfortable in. That can be a suit with a tie or the hoodie of your handball team. We don't have a dress code at atrify and that of course includes you as a future atrifyer. The same applies to the virtual interviews, of course.

Is there anywhere I can see the current status of my application?

To make sure you know what to expect, you will find a general overview of our application process below. Please note that this may vary depending on the position.

What is the application procedure?

1. apply
Have you found the right job on our careers page? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

2. you will receive a confirmation of receipt (within 24 hours)
After sending your application, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If not, please check your spam folder.

3. your application reaches our HR team (within 1-3 days)
Our HR team then reviews your application. If the position might suit you, we will forward your application to the department.

4. our department will review your application (within 1 week)
The colleagues from the department will take a close look at your application and also review it. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to a first meeting (usually via video call).

5. your first interview with HR and the specialist department (feedback after 1-2 weeks)
Your interview partners at your first meeting will come from the specialist and HR departments. As a rule, you will already meet your potential new supervisor and a colleague from the HR Operations team. If you convince us in the first interview, you will receive an invitation to a second interview in the following days.

6. your second interview (feedback after 1 week)
During the second interview, we would like to get to know you even better and you would like to get to know us as well. The interview partners here are the head of department and our HR manager or our HR operations manager. If you pass this hurdle, we will contact you by phone and prepare your contract offer.

You will receive your contract offer (feedback after 3-6 days)
Within 7 days you will receive a contract offer from us. Of course, you will have enough time to read through the contract and ask us any questions you may have.

Our 9 girls spent an exciting day with us and were able to get a taste of different professional fields. They got insights into IT, product management and software development and were able to implement their own creative ideas.

It was a great pleasure for us to open our doors for the girls and present our work to them. We hope that we were able to help the young women discover their interests and talents and inspire them to pursue a career in the technology industry.
