Language as the basis of understanding

For an internationally operating company like atrify with employees and customers all over the world, language interaction is not only the basis for success. The corporate culture, which is so important to us, also depends to a large extent on language. We support our employees and offer language courses so that everyone can improve their skills.

Language courses with atrify

At regular intervals, our employees have the opportunity to attend language courses in English and German. This time, three different English courses (Level B1-C1) and two German courses (Level A2-C1) were offered. The participants of the English courses took their TOEIC test on August 5, 2021, the WiDaF test for the German learners took place on August 10, 2021. In each case, a certain number of points can be scored, according to which the language level achieved is then determined. We are happy that all of them could pass the exam successfully.

But how does that work during a pandemic?

Normally the classes take place in presence in our Cologne office. But what is normal at the moment?
The health and safety of our employees is our top priority, so the language courses were also held digitally in one' s home office. Thanks to the motivated participants and teachers, the courses were a complete success. We are looking forward to many successful certificates as well as the next round of language courses, which will probably start this year...
