Welcome to our data traffic news

28 Sep 2020

Together with you we pursue the same goal: to get your products on as many shelves as possible. Like traffic regulations, standards such as the GDSN support a uniform, smooth and accident-free exchange of information. We know these standards are not always easy and sometimes they change. That's why we work with you to develop smart assistants that help you comply with the rules before the data is exchanged - a virtual traffic sign recognition system that guarantees a free trip to the shelf.

Who is "we"?
My name is Martin Trauth and I work with the Customer Experience Team and all my colleagues at atrify every day to make our products and services even better for you. Customer satisfaction concerns us all at atrify.

As you have no doubt noticed, we have been asking for months at various points for your suggestions for improvement. In this small e-mail series we will now regularly give you an insight into how we work, what has already been done thanks to your feedback and what is to come. Various atrify teams will speak out and show you how you can make your data management even more efficient.

Your opinion has the right of way with us:
One feedback we often received was that the input of nutritional information was unnecessarily complex and time-consuming. We have faced this problem and are pleased that the new, simplified nutritional value editor will go live on 28.09.2020! You can read more about this in our product newsletter next week or here.

See you soon.
