Release 19.04 - Final - FMCG D-A-CH Community
Mit dem April Release 19.4 für die D-A-CH Community wird der Data Quality Gate (DQG) Standard 2.7 bereitgestellt. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das Release Bugfixingsowie im Rahmen von Data Integrity ein erweiterter Prüfbericht für eingehende Nachrichten von Machine-to-Machine Lieferanten: Künftig wird ein Lieferant mit einer Warnmeldung darauf hingewiesen, wenn er ungültige AVP-Namen oder Zusatzstoffangaben in seiner Nachricht verwendet hat.
(Anm.: AVP steht für Attribute Value Pairs; dies sind vorab GDSN Attribute-Werte-Paare, die genutzt werden können, solange ein Standardattribut im GDSN Standard noch nicht verfügbar ist.)

- Das Release enthält Änderungen für alle D-A-CH FMCG Zielmarktprofile.
- Ein Reload von bereits erhaltenen Daten ist nach dem Release NICHT notwendig.
- Eine Anpassung oder Änderung in Ihren Schnittstellen oder internen Systemen ist NICHT notwendig.
- Die XML Schnittstellenbeschreibung für die D-A-CH Community steht im Download Center zur Verfügung. Die Version 19.2 ist unverändert gültig.

Releaseinhalte im Detail
Mit Release 19.4 werden weitere Data Quality Gate (DQG) Regeln für das deutsche Zielmarkt Profil umgesetzt. Der Standard 2.7 beinhaltet 77 neue Regeln zu den Schwerpunkten:
- Importklassifikation
- nährwert- und gesundheitsbezogene Angaben zu Lebensmitteln
- Arzneimittel
- Tiernahrung
Diese neuen Regeln werden wiederum als Warnungen implementiert.

Data Integrity Improvement:
Erweiterter Prüfbericht für Machine-to-Machine Datenlieferanten (alle D-A-CH Community Profile)
Für die D-A-CH Community sind neben Attributen und Codelisten u.a. auch fest definierte AVPs und Codes für die Zusatzstoffangaben vereinbart. Werden hier Angaben gemacht, die für das Community Profil nicht vereinbart sind, können diese nicht gemappt und an den Empfänger weitergeleitet werden. Dies ist der Fall, wenn der Machine-to-Machine (m2m) Lieferant
- einen AVP-Namen falsch schreibt, sei es, dass ein Tippfehler vorliegt oder die Groß-/Kleinschreibung nicht korrekt ist,
- ein AVP nutzt, welches für das Profil nicht oder nicht mehr vereinbart ist,
- einen ungültigen oder falsch geschriebenen Code für die Zusatzstoffangaben: Deklarationspflichtige Zusatzstoffe und Ergänzungen der Bezeichnung [M023], E-Nummern [M025] oder Klasse [M027] schickt.
Der Lieferant wird nun mit einem Warnhinweis in der CIC Review auf diesen Sachverhalt hingewiesen:
Er kann die fehlerhaften oder falschen Angaben korrigieren und den Artikel erneut übertragen und so sicherstellen, dass alle Informationen, die er dem Datenempfänger bereitstellen möchte, diesen auch korrekt und vollständig erreichen.
Lösen von Tickets (Bug Fixes)
- Ticket TSE-2765
Für Zielmarkt Deutschland war die Gruppe Preisempfehlung für den Handel [M327, M328, M329] für Verpackungseinheiten im Publishing nicht sicht-/pflegbar. Dies wurde korrigiert. - Ticket TSE-2593 Fehlende Validierung für „Anzahl der kompletten Lagen des Artikels (GTIN-Palette)“ [M294], wenn das Attribut fälschlicherweise auf Basisartikel Ebene gepflegt wird. Dies wurde korrigiert.
With the April Release 19.4 for the D-A-CH Community the Data Quality Gate (DQG) Standard 2.7 is provided. In addition, the release includes bugfixing and, as part of Data Integrity, an extended test report for incoming messages from machine-to-machine suppliers: In the future, a supplier will be alerted with a warning message if he has used invalid AVP names or additive information in his message.
(Note: AVP stands for Attribute Value Pairs; these are GDSN attribute-value pairs in advance that can be used as long as a standard attribute is not yet available in the GDSN standard).

- A change to your interfaces and internal systems is NOT needed after this release.
- The XML interface description for the D-A-CH community is available in the Download Center. Version 19.2 stays effective.
Important information – for data suppliers
- The release contains changes for all D-A-CH FMCG community profiles.
- All data in the data pool remain valid – a migration of already sent data is not required.
- If you supply your data machine-to-machine (M2M), a change to your interfaces and internal systems is needed ONLY if you receive a report with warnings on AVPs or additive information (see Data Integrity Improvement).
- The XML interface description for the D-A-CH community is available from Download Center. Version 19.2 stays effective.
RELEASE DETAILS
Implementation of DQG Standard 2.6 (DE only)
Further Data Quality Gate (DQG) rules for the German target market profile will be implemented with release 19.4. The standard 2.7 includes 77 new rules on
- Import classification
- Nutrient- and health related information for food stuff
- Medicinal products
- Animal feed
These new rules are again implemented as warnings.

Data integrity improvement:
Enhanced validation report for machine-to-machine suppliers (all D-A-CH communities)
In addition to attributes and code lists, also well defined AVPs and codes for the additives are agreed for the D-A-CH community. If any information is provided here that is not agreed for the community profile, it cannot be mapped and forwarded to the recipient. This is the case when the machine-to-machine (m2m) supplier
- misspells an AVP name, whether it is a typo or the upper and lower case is incorrect,
- uses an AVP that is not or no longer agreed for the profile,
- sends an invalid or misspelled code for the additives: declaration obligatory additives [M023], E numbers [M025] or class [M027].
The supplier is now alerted to this issue with a warning in the CIC Review:
The supplier can correct the erroneous or incorrect information and re-synchronize the item to ensure that any information he wishes to provide to the data recipients reaches them correctly and completely.
Bug Fixes
Ticket TSE-2765
The group of “Suggested retail price” [M327, M328, M329] was not visible/maintainable for packaging items in the WS Publishing for target market Germany. This has been solved.
Ticket TSE-2593
Missing validation for „Quantity of complete layers contained in a trade item (GTIN-pallet)“ [M294], if the item was erroneously maintained of base item level. This has been solved.
