GS1 DQX Programm: Eine zusätzliche Sichtprüfung wird von einigen Ihrer Kunden eindeutig gewünscht, damit zusätzliche Korrekturläufe vermieden werden können. atrify ist daher auf Ihre Teilnahme am DQX Programm vorbereitet.


Vorankündigung aus den Gremien der GS1 Germany

1)    Ausweitung GPC Bereiche zur verpflichtenden Angabe der Importklassifikation
Die bereits bestehende Verpflichtung zur Angabe der Importklassifikation wird um ca. 250 weitere GPC Klassen sowie sämtliche darin beinhalteten GPC Bricks erweitert. Die Verpflichtung für die zusätzlichen GPC Klassen (inklusive GPC Bricks) wird ab 02/2021 per FMCG-Validierungsregel (Warnung) sowie ab 05/2021 per FMCG Validierungsregel (Fehler) aktiviert.

2)    Verpflichtende Attribute für den Zielmarkt „FMCG“ als Basis für den DQX Service
Im Rahmen des GS1 Germany Projekts zur Analyse und Umwandlung optionaler Attribute des deutschen GDSN Zielmarktprofils FMCG in Pflichtangaben wurden folgende Attribute zur Umwandlung vorgesehen: M260 (Artikelkurzbeschreibung / Sprache), M439 (Zulassungsnummer für Futtermittelbetriebe), M250 (Rechtliche Produktkategorie) und M300 (Palettenkennzeichen). Hierzu werden ab 02/2021 entsprechende FMCG-Validierungsregeln (Warnung) und ab 05/2021 FMCG-Validierungsregeln (Fehler) zur weiteren Unterstützung des DQX Service aktiviert. Für das Attribut M300 wird ab 05/2021 eine FMCG-Validierungsregel (Warnung) und ab 06/2021 eine FMCG-Validierungsregel (Fehler) implementiert. GS1 DQX program:An additional visual inspection is clearly desired by some of your customers so that additional correction cycles can be avoided.

atrify is therefore prepared for your participation in the DQX program.

 

Announcement from the committees of GS1 Germany

1) Extension of GPC ranges for mandatory import classification
The already existing obligation to specify the import classification will be extended by approximately 250 additional GPC classes and all GPC bricks contained therein. The obligation for the additional GPC classes (including GPC bricks) will be activated from 02/2021 by FMCG validation rule (warning) and from 05/2021 by FMCG validation rule (error).

2) Mandatory attributes for the target market “FMCG” as basis for the DQX service
As part of the GS1 Germany project to analyze and convert optional attributes of the German GDSN target market profile FMCG into mandatory attributes, the following attributes were earmarked for conversion: M260 (Item Short Description / Language), M439 (Approval Number for Feeding Operations), M250 (Legal Product Category) and M300 (Pallet Identifier). For this, corresponding FMCG validation rules (warning) will be activated from 02/2021 and FMCG validation rules (error) will be activated from 05/2021 for further support of the DQX service. For the M300 attribute, an FMCG validation rule (warning) will be implemented starting 05/2021 and an FMCG validation rule (error) will be implemented starting 06/2021.
