Das neue Release hält mal wieder einige Neuerungen und Verbesserungen für Sie bereit, über die wir Sie gerne in unseren Release Notes informieren möchten. Sie erscheinen dieses Mal in einer etwas anderen Struktur – geben Sie uns sehr gerne Feedback hierzu!

Release Planung 2022

Für das Jahr 2022 und folgende wurde in Abstimmung mit GS1 Germany und den Arbeitsgruppen festgelegt, dass es für das Jahr 2022 und nachfolgende Jahre nur noch 4 FMCG Release pro Jahr geben soll. Diese Release erfolgen zeitgleich mit den GS1 BMS Release. Die Release Termine sind:

AT-FMCG		 Einführung der Explosivgrundstoffverordnung

Für eine stärkere Kontrolle von Ausgangsstoffen für Explosivstoffe ist seit dem 01.02.2021 die neue europäische Verordnung über die Vermarktung und Verwendung von Ausgangsstoffen für Explosivstoffe (VO (EU) 2019/1148) in Kraft getreten. Die Verordnung legt einheitliche Vorschriften für die Bereitstellung, die Verbringung, den Besitz und die Verwendung von Stoffen oder Gemischen fest, die für die unrechtmäßige Herstellung von Explosivstoffen missbraucht werden könnten.
Die Ersteinstufung als regulierter (meldepflichtiger oder beschränkter) Ausgangsstoff obliegt dem Hersteller oder Erstinverkehrbringer innerhalb der EU. Der jeweilige Lieferant ist verpflichtet, seine Abnehmer hierüber zu unterrichten.

CH-FMCG		 Alkoholfreie Produkte mit einem Restalkoholgehalt haben in der Regel eine Kennzeichnung “Alk. < 0,5 vol.” o.ä. Bei bestimmten GPC wird die Angabe des Alkoholgehaltes zur Pflichtangabe und konnte in diesen Fällen nicht korrekt erfasst werden, hierzu fehlte ein Attribut zur Erfassung der Messgenauigkeit.

Dieses Attribut wird mit diesem Release eingeführt.

Ausprägung: LESS_THAN

Bedingung:
Wenn eine Angabe zu Volumenprozente [%] / Percentage of alcohol by volume [%] [M109]
gemacht wurde, so kann zusätzlich die Messgenauigkeit Volumenprozente [%] / percentage Of Alcohol By Volume Measurement Precision Code [M545] = LESS_THAN
angegeben werden. Andernfalls ist die Angabe nicht möglich.

werden von Warning auf Error (VR001634, VR001493, VR001495) umgestellt, bzw. die beiden geplanten DQ Validierungen VR001935 und VR001920 werden direkt als Error implementiert.

 

Vorbereitung Mai Release

Im Rahmen des BMS Release 3.1.19 (Mai) und FMCG Release 22.05 (Mai) sowie nachfolgende Release (22.11, November) werden nahestehende Attribute gelöscht.

Das Attribut [M035] wird gelöscht, der Inhalt kann neu im Attribut Nährwertanspruch/Sprache / Nutritional claim/Language [M078] gepflegt werden.

Die Attribute [M380], [M364] werden gelöscht. Der Inhalt kann neu im Attribut Zusätzliche verpflichtende Kennzeichnung und Warnhinweise / Sprache / Compulsory additive label information / Language [M094],gepflegt werden.

Achtung: Für diese Attribute erfolgt keine Migration. Lieferanten wird empfohlen, die Inhalte dieser Attribute zu prüfen und ggf. in den neuen Zielattributen zu pflegen, so dass die zu löschenden Attribute schon vor dem Mai Release keine Einträge mehr aufweisen!

Für das Attribut [M313] gibt es im Mai eine komplexe Mapping in verschiedene teilweise neue Attribute geben.

 Einführung des Dateielements “Verpackungbezug”
Im Rahmen der Fachgruppe GDSN wurde die Notwendigkeit erkannt, für bestimmte Attribute den Verpackungsbezug zu regeln. Infolgedessen wurden die Vorgaben zum Verpackungsbezug auf Attributebene durch Experten aus Handel und Industrie definiert und in einem neuen Dateielement „Verpackungsbezug“ (im atrify Kompendium wie auch Profiles Overview zu finden) dokumentiert.
Das Dateielement „Verpackungsbezug“ regelt, ob eine Angabe im jeweiligen Attribut ausschließlich gemäß Produktverpackung erwartet wird oder Angaben darüber hinaus zulässig sind. Immer dann, wenn eine Angabe ausschließlich gemäß Produktverpackung erwartet wird, findet sich ein Eintrag bei dem jeweiligen Attribut im Dateielement „Verpackungsbezug“. Ergänzend finden sich bei einzelnen Attributen definierte Ausnahmen im Dateielement „Verpackungsbezug“, die die Vorgabe einschränken.

 Produktabbildungen in Deutschland

Was hat sich geändert?
Seit dem 29.03.2021 werden Produktabbildungen für Food- und Nearfood-Artikel im deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel geprüft.

Warum hat sich das geändert?
Im Rahmen des steigenden E-Commerce Absatzes sehen Handelsunternehmen in Produktabbildungen (Digital Assets) ein großes Umsatzpotenzial. Sie sollen deshalb fester Bestandteil der Attribute zu Ihren Produkten werden.
Dadurch soll die Qualität der Produktdaten stetig verbessert werden. Dies reduziert Rückfragen und führt so zu schnelleren Listungen Ihrer Produkte. Was müssen Sie beachten?
Sofern Sie Food- oder Nearfood-Artikel an den Handel publizieren, für die noch keine Produktabbildung hinterlegt wurde, werden diese künftig mit einer Warnung in den Validierungsmeldungen gekennzeichnet. Es gibt zwei Optionen wie Sie den Anforderungen des Handels gerecht werden können:

  • Mit der all-in-one Lösung, dem atrify Digital Asset Management, können Sie digitale Medien (wie Bilddateien, Videos und mehr) nahtlos direkt im atrify publishing hochladen und einzelnen Produkten zuweisen. Mehr dazu finden Sie hier. Wir werden in Kürze mit einem persönlichen Angebot auf Sie zukommen.
  • Alternativ können Sie Bilddateien als URL in den Verknüpfungsangaben jedes einzelnen Produktes nachpflegen (im Attribut “Datei: URI (Uniform Resource Identifier)”)

Anforderungen an Produktabbildungen
Hier haben wir Ihnen dazu eine kurze Anleitung bereit gestellt. Zusammengefasst empfehlen wir Ihnen mindestens ein Bild mit folgenden Kriterien hochzuladen:

  • Auflösung: 300 ppi
  • Dateiformat: jpg-Format empfohlen
  • Perspektive: abhängig von Produktbeschaffenheit (flach oder tief)

 Informationen zu Anforderungen an Bilder in Österreich

Österreichischen Handelspartner benötigen zumindest eine Produktabbildung (= einen Packshot) von jedem gelisteten Industriemarkenartikel.
Die Mindestanforderungen für diese Produktabbildung lauten wie folgt:

  • Dateiformat in JPG- oder TIF-Format
  • Dateigröße unter 20 MB
  • Farbtiefe mind. 24 Bit
  • Farbdarstellung in sRGB / Adobe RGB / ECI RGB V2-Farbraum
  • Auflösung mind. 300 ppi
  • Bildgröße für die längste Seite 2.000 Pixel als Untergrenze
  • Beschneidungspfad vorhanden
  • Beschneidungspfad geschlossen
  • Anzahl an Beschneidungspunkten unter 10.000 Punkten

Hinweis:
Produktabbildungen, die NICHT den Mindestanforderungen entsprechen, werden von den österreichischen Abholern im Rahmen von CICs (= Catalog Item Confirmations) beanstandet. Wenn ein Abholer den Status „Review“ zurücksendet, dann kann es sich hierbei um eine Warnung zu einer Produktabbildung handeln, die behoben werden sollte. Wenn Ihnen derartige Review-Meldungen in Bezug auf Produktabbildungen auffallen, dann korrigieren Sie bitte das Bildmaterial bzw. den Link dazu.

For stronger control of explosives precursors, the new European Regulation on the marketing and use of explosives precursors (Regulation (EU) 2019/1148) came into force on 01.02.2021. The regulation establishes uniform rules for the supply, transfer, possession and use of substances or mixtures that could be misused for the illicit manufacture of explosives.
Initial classification as a regulated (reportable or restricted) precursor is the responsibility of the manufacturer or initial distributor within the EU. The respective supplier is obliged to inform his customers about this.

 Introduction of the “Packaging reference” file element
Within the framework of the GDSN expert group, the need to regulate the packaging reference for certain attributes was recognized. As a result, the specifications for the packaging reference at attribute level were defined by experts from trade and industry and documented in a new file element “Packaging reference” (to be found in the atrify Compendium as well as Profiles Overview).
The file element “Packaging reference” regulates whether an indication in the respective attribute is expected exclusively according to the product packaging or whether indications beyond this are permissible. Whenever information is expected exclusively in accordance with the product packaging, an entry is made for the respective attribute in the “Packaging reference” file element. In addition, there are exceptions defined for individual attributes in the “Packaging reference” file element, which restrict the specification.

What has changed?
Since 29.03.2021, product images for food and nearfood items in German food retail have been checked.

Why has this changed?
In the context of increasing e-commerce sales, retail companies see great sales potential in product images (digital assets). They should therefore become an integral part of the attributes of their products.
This should lead to a continuous improvement in the quality of product data. This reduces queries and thus leads to faster listings of your products. In addition, images help retailers to promote your products in all sales channels. If you have any further questions on the subject of product images, please feel free to contact us at support@atrify.com.

What do you need to bear in mind?
If you publish food or nearfood articles to the trade for which no product image has been stored yet, these will be marked with a warning in the validation messages in the future. There are two options how you can meet the requirements of the trade:

  • With the all-in-one solution, atrify Digital Asset Management, you can seamlessly upload digital media (such as image files, videos and more) directly in atrify publishing and assign them to individual products. You can find out more here. We will get back to you shortly with a personalized quote.
  • Alternatively, you can post image files as URLs in the linking details of each individual product (in the attribute “File: URI (Uniform Resource Identifier)”)

Requirements for product images
We have provided a brief guide to this here. In summary, we recommend that you upload at least one image with the following criteria:

  • Resolution: 300 ppi
  • File format: jpg format recommended
  • Perspective: depending on product characteristics (flat or deep)

 Information on requirements for images in Austria

Austrian trading partners need at least one product image (= one packshot) of each listed industrial brand article.
The minimum requirements for this product image are as follows:

  • File format in JPG or TIF format
  • File size less than 20 MB
  • Color depth at least 24 bit
  • Color representation in sRGB / Adobe RGB / ECI RGB V2 color space
  • Resolution min. 300 ppi
  • Image size for the longest page 2,000 pixels as lower limit
  • Clipping path available
  • Clipping path closed
  • Number of clipping points below 10,000 points

Notice:
Product images that do NOT meet the minimum requirements are subject to CICs (= Catalog Item Confirmations) by Austrian collectors. If a collector returns a “Review” status, this may be a warning about a product illustration that should be fixed. If you notice such review messages regarding product images, please correct the image or link to it.
