Digital Asset Thumbnails In Der Trefferliste Der Artikel
Digitale Assets als sinnvolle Bereicherung für Ihre Handelsartikel werden immer wichtiger. Publishing bietet seit längerem ein Digital Asset Management Modul an, um Ihre Artikel mit Produktbildern, Sicherheitsdatenblättern, Informationsvideos und mehr zu versehen.
Die nahtlose Integration in WS Publishing wird jetzt noch verstärkt, indem Miniaturansichten für Ihre verknüpften digitalen Elemente innerhalb der Item-Trefferliste eingeführt werden. Jeder Handelsartikel, der ein verlinktes Bild hat, erhält nun dieses Bild in der ersten Spalte der Artikeltrefferliste angezeigt.
Für Ihren Artikel ist noch keine Produktabbildung verfügbar? Ein Symbol zeigt an, dass bisher kein Bild zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das hilft Ihnen, alle Elemente ohne Bild zu identifizieren. Klicken Sie auf das Miniaturbild, dann öffnet sich der Wizard zum Hinzufügen von Digital Assets, wobei das Element im letzten Schritt des Wizards für die Verknüpfung vorselektiert ist.
Übrigens: Wenn Ihnen das neue Layout und die Ansicht auf der Trefferliste der Artikel nicht gefällt, können Sie die Spalte einfach aus der Trefferliste entfernen, indem Sie die Funktion „Tabellenlayout bearbeiten“ verwenden.
Vereinfachte Spezifikation Ihrer Digitalen Assets
Wenn Sie im zweiten Schritt mit dem Assistenten neue digitale Assets hinzufügen, müssen Sie den Typ Ihres digitalen Assets angeben (Produktbild, Montageanleitung, etc.).
In den meisten Fällen wird entweder ein Produktbild, ein Sicherheitsdatenblatt oder ein Nährwertkennzeichen gewählt.
Deshalb haben wir diese drei Werte oben auf die Dropdown-Links gesetzt, damit Sie einfach mit zwei Klicks einen davon auswählen können (anstatt die Codes durch Blättern oder Tippen zu suchen).
Wussten Sie schon: Um die Auswahl auf alle anderen Upload-Assistenten anzuwenden, klicken Sie einfach auf den entsprechenden Komfort-Link (gilt für alle).
Support Für BMS 3.1.8
Mit dem Release 19.05 wird der Business Messaging Standard 3.1.8 in Form von neuen oder geänderten Attributen und Validierungen unterstützt.
Das BMS 3.1.8 Update enthält auch ein Update der Liste der globalen Produktklassifizierungscodes.
Leichte Anpassungen Der Benutzeroberfläche
Wir haben einige kleinere Anpassungen an der Benutzeroberfläche vorgenommen, so dass z.B. der Navigationsbereich im Item-Editor kompakter ist und unsere in die Benutzeroberfläche eingebetteten YouTube-Tutorial-Videos jetzt über Steuerelemente für Lautstärke und Größe verfügen.
Darüber hinaus wurde die Symbolleiste in der Aufgabenliste so bereinigt, dass sie nur sinnvolle Aktionen anzeigt.

Digital Asset Thumbnails In Item Hit List
Digital Assets as useful enrichment for your trade item data are getting more and more important. WS Publishing offers a Digital Asset Management module to enrich you items with product images, datasafety sheets, information videos and more since a longer time.
The seamless integration into WS Publishing gets now even stronger by introducing thumbnails for your linked digital assets within the item hit list. Each trade item which has a linked image will now get this image displayed in the first column of the trade item hit list.
Please note that actually the first digital asset linked to your trade item will be displayed in the item hit list. Release 19.06 will introduce a feature that allows you to select the primary image for your trade item to be displayed in the hit list.
No product image available for your item yet? A clear icon indicating that no image has been provided so far will help you identify all items without an image. When clicking this thumbnail, the add digital asset wizard opens up, with the item pre-selected in the last wizard step for linking.
Simplified Spcification Of Your Digital Assets
When adding new digital assets by using the wizard in the second step you need to specify the type of your digital asset (product image, assembly instructions, etc).
In most cases either product image, data safety sheet or nutrient fact label will be chosen.
Therefore we put these three values on the top of the drop down links, to let you simply select one of them with two clicks (instead of searching the codes by browsing or typing).
Did you know: To apply the selection to all other upload assets within the wizard just click the corresponding convenience link (apply to all).
Support For BMS 3.1.8
Release 19.05 will provide support for the Business Messaging Standard 3.1.8 in form of new or modified attributes and validations.
The BMS 3.1.8 update also contains an update to the Global Product Classification code list.
Slight UX Adjustments
We’ve provided some minor UI adjustments, so for example the navigation area in the item editor is more compact and our youtube tutorial videos embedded in the user interface now have controls for volume and size.
In addition to that, the tool bar in the task list has been cleaned up so that it only shows sensible actions.
