Acting together. Helping together.

Social commitment is very important to us at atrify. Therefore, we have already launched several social projects in the past. Our aim is to cover as broad a spectrum as possible in order to be able to provide support in different areas. In addition to the complete CO₂ compensation of company emissions and the planting of a tree for each new employee, we have also organized a fundraising campaign with the non-profit organization Himmel und Ääd, sponsored a women's soccer team and realized a registration campaign for stem cell donation together with the DKMS four times in the past years.

atrify Charity Day 2022: DKMS

On October 18, we launched an atrify Charity Day for the first time and were able to motivate many employees* to get involved collectively for various charitable causes!

The need for stem cell donors is very great, because every 12 minutes a person in Germany is diagnosed with blood cancer. Many patients cannot survive without a stem cell donation. But unfortunately, every 10th affected person waits in vain because no suitable match is found.

15,000 blood donations are needed every day

In addition, around 15,000 blood donations are needed every day in Germany for acute aid in accidents, in cancer therapy, for scheduled operations and for immune diseases.

Another problem is the shortage of donor organs. A total of around 9,200 people in Germany are on the waiting list for a donor organ.

With this in mind, a very big thank you to all of the employees* - and potential lifesavers - who either registered to donate stem cells, donated blood, and informed and registered regarding organ donation as part of the atrify Charity Day.

Of course, we would also like to thank the German Red Cross and the DKMS, who actively supported us in the planning and realization.
