May we introduce: our newest team members!
Since 01 September 2023, atrify is allowed to welcome new trainees.
Whether straight out of school or with experience in the workforce, all are welcome at atrify. Our mission is to provide these young talents with an inspiring environment where they can learn, grow and develop their full potential. We spoke to some of them to find out their expectations and impressions after their first month at atrify.
My expectations for the training are that I will be well trained and that I will always have a contact person to whom I can turn in case of problems or other questions. I also hope for a good atmosphere where I can exchange ideas with other trainees and employees. I have been warmly welcomed by the team and am looking forward to the time ahead.
I really enjoyed my first few weeks at atrify. I felt very comfortable right from the start and my tasks so far have also given me great pleasure. I hope that I will learn a lot more and that I can spend a successful training period with you.
During my one-year internship, I had the opportunity to get to know the company and my colleagues better. From the beginning, I felt warmly welcomed and was warmly received in this work community. This positive experience helped to solidify my decision to begin my training at atrify. Because of the skills I was able to gain through my internship at atrify, I was offered the opportunity to skip the first year of my apprenticeship and start in the second year.
We are excited to see how our young talents will develop and look forward to the journey together ahead .We wish our trainees a good start!
