Release 20.05: Finale Release Notes für die D-A-CH Community

Mit dem Mai Release 20.05 werden für die D-A-CH Community die neueste Version der Globalen Produktklassifikation (GPC), Anforderungen aus dem Globalen Standard BMS 3.1.12 sowie aus der Community bereitgestellt. Diese Release Notes informieren Sie über die Releaseinhalte.

Update der Globalen Produktklassifikation (GPC) (FMCG DE, AT, CH; DIY DE; AGRO DE; HC DE & CH)

Das Mai Release beinhaltet ein GPC Update auf die Version Dezember 2019.

Wir haben für Sie eine Übersicht der Änderungen durch das GPC Update in einem Deltafile zusammengestellt. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass atrify keine Codeanpassungen oder -änderungen vornimmt. Prüfen Sie, ob Ihre Artikel von Änderungen oder Löschungen betroffen sind und senden Sie die Änderung dieser Artikel mit neuer Zuordnung möglichst zeitnah nach der Umstellung. Alle Datenabrufer, die über die GPC subskribieren, bitten wir zu prüfen, ob eine Anpassung ihrer Kriterien notwendig ist, um auch nach dem Update die gewünschten Artikel einzugrenzen.
Wenn Sie die GPC als deutschsprachige Dateien herunterladen möchten, finden Sie diese auf der GPC Website von gs1.org unter GPC Translations. Gehen Sie dazu in der Tabelle auf „German“ und wählen Sie unter Downloads die aktuellste Version (Dec 2019) aus. Sie werden dann aufgefordert, Ihren Namen, eMail-Adresse und Firma anzugeben und erhalten via eMail einen Link zum Download des zip-Files der deutschen Übersetzung. Die englische Originalfassung ist unter dem Link https://www.gs1.org/standards/gpc/dec-2019 abrufbar.

Neue Attribute / Änderungen an Attributen

  • Neu: Energieeffizienzspektrum M507 (FMCG DE & CH; DIY DE)
    Zur Angabe des Energieeffizienzspektrums in Textform (A – G, …)
  • Neu: Fett in Trockenmasse [%]: Messgenauigkeit M509, mit Codeliste (FMCG DE, AT & CH)
    Zur vorangestellten Angabe von mindestens bei Käse: Fett in der Trockenmasse [%] (mind. 30 % Fett i.d.T.)
  • Neu: Mehltype M508, mit Codeliste (FMCG DE)
    Zur Angabe der Mehltype gemäß DIN-Norm 10355, z.B. Weizenmehl Type 550
  • Neu: Haltungsform M510, mit Codeliste (FMCG DE)
    Die Haltungsform gibt Verbrauchern eine Orientierung, wie viel Tierwohl in einem Produkt steckt.
  • Neu: Rechtlich vorgeschriebene Produktbezeichnung: Reihenfolge M512 (FMCG DE & CH)
    Die rechtlich vorgeschriebene Produktbezeichnung M261 ist wiederholbar, d.h. es können je Sprache mehrere Bezeichnungen erfasst werden. Dies kann bspw. für Multipacks genutzt werden. Mit der neuen Reihenfolge kann den einzelnen Texten eine Reihenfolge mitgegeben werden.
  • Transportstapelfaktor M302 (FMCG DE, AT, CH; DIY DE, AGRO DE): Lesen Sie bitte im Kompendium, wie Sie Ihren Handelspartnern Angaben zur Doppelstockfähigkeit mitteilen bzw. diese als Datenempfänger von Ihren Lieferanten erhalten können.
  • Zubereitungsanweisungen M082 (FMCG DE, AT & CH): Lesen Sie bitte Im Kompendium, was bei den Angaben zu Zubereitungsanweisungen zu beachten ist.

Die verpflichtende Kennzeichnung an der Ware M094 wird umbenannt in Zusätzliche verpflichtende Kennzeichnung und Warnhinweise M094 (FMCG DE, AT & CH). Bitte geben Sie hier alle verpflichtenden Deklarationen sowie verpflichtende oder freiwillige Warnhinweise der Produkt­verpackung an, für die nicht bereits ein anderes GDSN-Attribut zur Verfügung steht. Die Informationen sind dazu gedacht, den Verbraucher zu warnen oder aufzuklären. Sie sind Teil der Produktdeklaration und müssen immer gleichlautend zur Produktdeklaration angegeben sein. Dieses Attribut wird mit dem November Release von jetzt 1000 auf dann 5000 Zeichen erweitert. Spätestens dann wird erwartet, dass die beiden nachgenannten Attribute nicht mehr genutzt werden.

Non-Food Warnhinweise für den Konsumenten M380 ist zur Löschung vorgesehen (FMCG DE, AT & CH). Bitte nutzen Sie dieses Attribut nicht mehr und stattdessen das Attribut Zusätzliche verpflichtende Kennzeichnung und Warnhinweise M094. Die Löschung selbst erfolgt erst mit einem späteren Release frühstens in 2021. Wir werden Sie rechtzeitig informieren.
 

Allgemeine Haftungsklausel M364 ist für Deutschland und die Schweiz zur Löschung vorgesehen (FMCG DE & CH). Bitte nutzen Sie dieses Attribut nicht mehr und stattdessen das Attribut Zusätzliche verpflichtende Kennzeichnung und Warnhinweise M094. Die Löschung selbst erfolgt erst mit einem späteren Release frühstens in 2021. Wir werden Sie rechtzeitig informieren.

Neue Validierungen (FMCG DE & CH)

  • Neue Regel für Hauttyp 489, die sicherstellt, dass keine mehrfache identische Angaben gemacht werden.
  • Neue Regel für Haartyp 490, die sicherstellt, dass keine mehrfache identische Angaben gemacht werden.
  • Neue Regel für Konservierungsmethode Code M145, die sicherstellt, dass keine mehrfache identische Angaben gemacht werden.

Die Beschreibung der Attribute für gefährliche Güter wurde aktualisiert und mit Beispielen zu ihrer Verwendung im Sicherheitsdatenblatt ergänzt.

Update of Global Product Classification (GPC)

The May Release contains a GPC update to version December 2019. atrify has compiled an overview of the changes by the GPC update in a delta file. Please remember that atrify does not make any code adjustments or changes. Check whether your items are affected by changes or deletions and send the change of this item with newly assigned code as soon as possible after the GPC update. All data recipients are asked to check their subscription criteria for necessary changes due to the GPC update.

If you wish to download the GPC as German-language files, you can find them on the GPC website of gs1.org under GPC translations. Chose “German” Language and “June 2019” Downloads. You will then be asked to prompt your name, email address and company name. After that you will receive an email with a link to start the download of a zip-file with the German translation. The original German version is accessible here: https://www.gs1.org/standards/gpc/dec-2019.

New & changed attributes

  • New: Energy efficiency scale M507 (FMCG DE & CH; DIY DE)
    To indicaticate the efficiency scale in text form (A – G, …).
  • New: Fat percentage in dry matter: Measurement precision code M509, with code list (FMCG DE, AT & CH)
    To precise the Cheese: Fat percentage in dry matter with minimum indication
  • New: Flour type M508, with code list (FMCG DE)
    To indicate the flour type according to DIN-Norm 10355, e.g. Wheat Flour Type 550>
  • New: Animal husbandry grade M510, with code list (FMCG DE)
    >To indicate the type of animal husbandry by a range from 1 to 4 that informs the consumer at one glance about the amount of animal welfare contained in the product, which may be more than is legally required.
  • New:Regulated product name: Sequence M512 (FMCG DE & CH)
    Regulated product name M261 is repeatable, i.e. multiple values can be indicated per language. This might be used e.g. for multipacks. With the newly introduced sequence an order (sequence) can be assigned to the the single values.

 

Compulsory additive label information M094 (FMCG DE, AT & CH). Indicate here all legally required information about the product and/or warnings that are on the product packaging for which there is no individual separate GDSN attribute.This is despite of whether the product is food or near / non-food. Note: The format of this attribute will be enhanced from today 1000 to 5000 characters with the November release. You are expected by than at the latest, to not use the following to attributes any longer.

Non-food compulsory additional label information M380 is deprecated (FMCG DE, AT & CH). Please do not use this attribute any longer but instead use Compulsory additive label information M094. The removal of the attribute from the community profile will take place at a later stage and not before 2021. We will let you know in time.

Consumer package disclaimer M364 is deprecated for Germany and Switzerland  (FMCG DE & CH). Please do not use this attribute any longer but instead use Compulsory additive label information M094. The removal of the attribute from the community profile will take place at a later stage and not before 2021. We will let you know in time.
